Delivery to the EU

We’re currently unable to deliver to countries within the EU. If you wish to arrange your own courier please get in touch with us at shop@southbankcentre.co.uk.

Delivery to the USA

Due to the abolishment of the longstanding De Minis tax exemption on orders under $800 entering the US, we've had to temporarily pause our US shipping option.

Local duty and/or taxes

There may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered outside the UK. Southbank Centre is not responsible for paying these charges. If these charges are not paid the parcel will get returned to Southbank Centre Shop and the goods will be refunded. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery charges where goods are returned as a result of non payment of local duties and/or taxes.

Delivery Timescales

UK deliveries

Southbank Centre Shop orders are sent via Royal Mail.

We will make every effort to dispatch goods within 5 working days, provided the goods are in stock. For UK deliveries please allow up to 7 working days from dispatch for your order to arrive. However, this may vary in peak periods such as Christmas and during seasonal sale events, we ask that you allow 10 days from dispatch before contacting customer services.

International deliveries

International orders are sent by Royal Mail or OCS and can normally be expected to arrive within 14 working days, depending on the country of destination. We kindly ask that you allow 25 days from dispatch before contacting customer services.

Confirmation of dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an automated confirmation email. If you have not received this email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

Tracking

If your order is being delivered in the UK, you will receive a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. In case you can't locate your tracking number, please get in touch with us and provide your order number.

Shop Collection

How to collect your order

We also offer a free shop collection service. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to pick up.
