This design uses Quazi Design paper wood technique, which brings paper back to its original source and strength as wood. Light and durable and easy to wear with the colour coming from the pages of the magazine.
Quazi Design was born out of a partnership between Product Designer Doron Shaltiel and a local magazine distributor in Swaziland. Working with a team of local women artisans, they transform 100% waste magazines and newspapers into original designs. Quazi Design is a founding member of SWIFT, Swaziland Fair Trade and believes in beautiful sustainable design; craft that has a positive social impact, is good for the environment.
