Surface Olive Oil
For the Surface collection, Sergio Herman has been inspired by the raw, untouched nature in the privince Zeeland.
This olive oil is made from the Arbequina olive, from the southern Spanish region of Andalusia. The fruit is harvested when it is just ripe and is pressed cold in the traditional way. A delicious aromatic and soft virgin olive oil is produced after the first pressing. This oil is perfect for a salad, for bread or to finish your dish perfectly.
