Hiroshi Sugimoto Limited Editions

The Long Never is a unique limited edition book containing sixty-five artworks by Hiroshi Sugimoto and an original text by Jonathan Safran Foer. The book is accompanied by a gelatin silver print from Sugimoto’s Lightning Fields series. For this limited edition, Sugimoto has printed two artworks in an edition of twenty-five each. Every print is signed by the artist. The book and print (both signed by the artist) are housed in a custom-made brushed aluminum box.

Snow White is a unique limited edition book containing seventy-six artworks by Hiroshi Sugimoto, all from his iconic Theaters series. In this book, Sugimoto reveals for the first time the movies that were screened when he took these photographs and the exposure time of each. Sugimoto has written a short text about each film. Kerry Brougher, director of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles, contributes an essay. For this limited edition, Sugimoto has printed Teatro dei Varii, Colle di Val d’Elsa, 2014, in an edition of twenty-five gelatin silver prints. Every print is signed by the artist. The book and print (both signed by the artist) are housed in an aluminum box.
